Nicholas Rixon is an Anglo-Indian writer from Calcutta, India.

He received a South Asia Speaks fellowship in 2022, and a Sangam House fellowship in 2024.

His fiction and essays have appeared in Catapult, The Indian Quarterly, Scroll.in, The Assam Tribune, The Statesman, The Wax Paper, and A Case of Indian Marvels: Dazzling Stories from the Country’s Finest New Writers (Aleph Book Company, September 2022).​

He is currently working on his debut novel; and is a consulting editor at CSDR.
